The programme so far has taught me a lot, given me insight into many different areas of the business, increased my connectivity with various different teams, and my day to day role has been varied and interesting
My programme is pretty well structured, and the support offered by Experian is second to none. The CIMA programme is very well structured and expectations are clearly defined. The support offered by the training provider is good, however there is some room for improvement, especially regarding communications.
Experian offer incredible levels of support, including drop in sessions, check ins, knowledge sharing sessions and wellbeing support.
Support from BPP has been fairly good, with questions being answered to a good standard when they arise. There have been some issues involving communication channels, however these have mostly been ironed out now. Sometimes the expectations from BPP are unclear and have caused confusion
My CIMA qualification links very closely to my role, providing me insights into financial reporting and management accounting which have allowed me to successfully carry out my role and apply critical thinking skills.
I am part of the both the Group Finance and Early Careers socials committees, which plans the socials and professional development sessions for attendees
