My role includes the management of Experian's social media pages. Working with various stakeholders to manage different campaigns. LinkedIn and X (Twitter) are the main focus point as of current.
Opportunity to develop professionally as well and personally. There are many ways Experian allows for you to get involved. Recently acquired a comms role in the 'Black Professional's' Group which is helping me to refine my communication style.
Absolutely lovely, when you're enrolled they put you on an Early Careers programme that enables you to have support as you navigate the corporate world. They have put on social, workshops, knowledge cafe's and much more to help you develop. Also really nice to know that there's a team that are readily available to help you.
When you enrol you have an induction week. Allowing you to understand the business, set things up, explaining the programme. The Early Careers programme is very well thought out to support the progression of your role.
There's various forms of support available. For example help to taking care of your mental health. There is definitely something for pretty much any need you can think of.
NTU do have things available to help you. You do sometimes have to be consistent in messaging lecturers. But overall its good.
Certain modules have models that can be directly applied to my role. An example of this would be when we covered funnels. I then made a conscious decision as to how I would word post copies dependent on the position of the funnel an individual is in.
There's plenty!
