I've had a positive experience with the work and the people I work for and with.
Very well structured - over the 5 years we get moved around placements so we get exposure to each area of accounting.
Get support from our apprentice team "skills coaches" and from placement managers.
Good amount of support however, some of the resources do have errors
Many different opportunities to get involved with e.g. conferences and networking calls
Yes
Good qualification, a supportive company to work for, BAE has great benefits e.g. good pension, salary and a share scheme and a variety of roles to get involved in. Moving around the company is encouraged so there are plenty of future opportunities.
Research the company, if you're not successful the first time keep applying - it's highly competitive but worth while!
