Provides a wide experience of the business, and you get the opportunity to develop how you wish, therefore making it ideal for anyone looking to get into and grow within a strong business.
The program has recently become internally ran, therefore a little bit rough round the edges, however business professionals alongside experienced early careers staff are able to provide get learning and wellbeing support.
there are dedicated teams of individuals who are there to provide wellbeing, placement, learning … support wen it is needed and we always have the freedom to speak confidently with someone
the early careers staff provide excellent learning knowledge which is supported by the placements and the individual experiences they bring. all the teams are very welcoming and provide the best experience they can.
the apprenticeship is a superb introduction to the work within the business, and provides an in depth feel to the logistical and supply chain industry. the syllabus covers a variety of relevant topics which all strengthen the knowledge from placements.
