Shift support, Support the production lines by reporting and resolving any issues with tooling, scanners process documents and lifters

I have learnt lots of new skills and progressed current skills even further

Can be quite stressful when it's busy but i like to be kept busy so i enjoy the programmed

Good, Quarterly reviews to speak about progress and targets

Average amount, can be slow at replying to emails.

It helps in areas, definitely gives me a better understanding of generic engineering concepts which helps when understanding certain issues
