Due to moving team every 6 months my days can involve a wide range of experiences based upon engineering, project management, forming strong relations with the customer and networking in the office.
While on this course I've been able to improve my communications skills and confidence when talking to people. As well as practical skills such as report writing and presentation skills.
When working in the office the programme is very enjoyable due to a large social network of people I get to meet as well as the new experiences that are offered to me.
The course is well organised as i know my career path for the rest of the program and it hasn't been altered since I started in 2022. The training provider has affected this slightly as they don't seam to understand their involvement in the programme.
The support is constant and consistent will little room to improve.
The teaching from the lecturers has been adequate but the training provider has been inconsistent with hiring staff and being involved with my programme.
Some aspects of my qualification has helped me in the workplace such as gaining knowledge on electronic and mechanical systems as well as project management and report writing. However, some large units in my qualification hasn't helped me in the work place.
Multiple weekly sports teams are available and socials are offered every 3/4 weeks.
Yes
This company offers and wide range of opportunities and skills that others don't. This has allowed me to greatly improve my social skills and confidence on top of the knowledge gained from my qualification.
Try and get a basic understanding of computing, project management, and customer relations as it will help with the transition into the workplace.
