E.on Next have been very supportive on my apprenticeship and given me the time off that i have needed to complete my work. my tutor at Bud has been very supportive and been there to help me when I need it.
I am still at the start of my apprenticeship but so far I have learnt alot about myself and my coaching styles
I enjoy meeting new people and progressing my career
very well, i have deadlines and manage to work some of my apprenticeship into my daily work
My team leader comes to my meetings, he listens when i ask him some questions and he will give me the time off when needed
a lot, my tutor is always at the end of the phone when needed
it helps me understand my peers much better and has given me the confidence to put meetings in with the bigger bosses to ask for help or career help
i don't think so
Yes
