I'm supporting people with learning disability and mental health. I'm supporting them with day to day tasks, persolan care and medication administration.
I build up my knowledge regarding frame works and policy and procedures. I'm feeling more confident while I'm providing personal centred care to my service users.
It was stressful as I wasn't sure if I will be able to complete my programme on time, but with a support that I received from my tutor I was able to achive it.
I'm very happy with structure of the program.
My care coordinator helped me a lot, support me on every stage of my program, always happy to answer my questions
My tutor, Melissa was amazing. She helped me a lot and motivate me to complete the programm
I'm felling much more confident in my work and I'm more than sure I'm performing better in my role.
