Supporting the production line with any engineering issues
Yes I've learned to use a variety of software and engineering techniques whilst also developing my leadership and personal development skills
I find my role really interesting and really enjoy working for the company
The programe is very well structured having a 6 week placement plan throughout before implementing me into a permanent role
I receive a lot of support when required even going as far as funding my degree to better improve myself
Any parts of my work which are required work i am often provided with training to improve whether this be on site or on a course by and external provider
Cummins run a EEEC incentive which is mandatory where we work with the community to do jobs which better the local community
