I do multiple jobs from servicing to pdi, diagnosing work, tyre fitting, electrician work
My mentor has taught me a lot but now he’s lefts It’s hard too learn new things without a mentor
I enjoy the practical aspect of my course and my skills coach help me a lot but feel like working on my own it’s the best for me to progress fully
I am on top of all my course work, with the help of my skills coach who helps me alot with not falling behind and making sure I’m on track with everything
My work shop controller helps me with time to get course work dinecbut feel like the work I am doing isn’t reflected equally within my pay
My skills coach helps me massively and the online classes help me and going away to college helps me understand further
I feel that my training provider helps me with with my courses keeping up to date and phone calls checking my progress and the classes help with my extended knowledge
