Managing a team of Talent professionals to appoint colleagues into roles within the education sector.

Learnt new skills including understanding own self awareness, understanding learning and behaviour styles and how to effectively manage a team.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme as my personal tutor is very experienced and always provides an energised and informative session. I feel as though I am learning from his experience and great teaching and learning.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very structured, the pace is suited to my needs and the support is given where required to ensure I succeed and meet my desired outcomes.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

Complete support from my employer including OTJ hours and coaching support from senior leaders to help stretch and challenge my learning.

Very good support, with the offer for further support if required.

It has helped me understand how my behaviour and learning impacts others and how to effectively manage a team.

Regular social calls to network with colleagues and collaborate on ideas, book and film clubs and coffee roulette.
