Day to day cleaning of the workshop, working with a technician to see different jobs and getting involved with learning how to complete tasks.
Learnt new personal skills, such as teamwork and confidence building and working skills such as hand tools and electrical components.
I enjoy the programme, I don't particularly like the two weeks of online learning before one week in person. I think two weeks online is too much, one week would work better for myself.
It's structured well with different blocks to learn and different modules. But there are lots of different websites to keep track of.
Received the best support, can't fault them. All issues were tackled promptly.
Receive support from training providers throughout the course. Support on offer is always run through with learners.
My qualification helps me perform better as it gives me the knowledge I need to know to carry out my role independently.
None through the company but people in the workshop are always setting up social activities. Only activity through the company is the Christmas event.
Yes
In comparison it's not bad. It's got good support available and they try to get you where you need to be with as much help as you need.
Do it if you like it not because you need it.
