I am a support worker and this involved helping vulnerable individuals and to ensure they are treated with dignity and respect. I ensure they are hydrated, well fed and clean and comfortable. I also help with activities.

I have learnt so much. This NVQ helped me to acknowledge abuse and report to the area manager.
