As a maintenance apprentice we are learning on the job from experienced technicians that are help train us in the workplace we are expected to finish in.
I have learnt many new skills and information in the field of engineering from trained tutors and experienced technicians.
I have enjoyed it so far as I have experienced different workspaces and learnt new skills that I have used while working.
It is well organised with structured rotations around the production plant.
I have received substantial help during the apprenticeship.
I have received substantial help from individuals my training provider.
It has given me lots of skills and knowledges to use in the workplace.
There are very few extra-curricular activities.
