  • As a maintenance apprentice we are learning on the job from experienced technicians that are help train us in the workplace we are expected to finish in.

  • I have enjoyed it so far as I have experienced different workspaces and learnt new skills that I have used while working.

  • It is well organised with structured rotations around the production plant.
