Been a month in, I've learnt employability skills, meeting the team, reading emails and checking the calendar, also following the agender, collaborative discussions, shadowing how others are working.
I've just started, so far the programme has been my work placement and fulfilling my role, I've already learnt new skills and can't wait to learn more.
It has been very well structured, very welcoming and a lot of support
We receive a lot of support, we have paid lunches, we have regular meet points with different members, regular check ups, and our questions get answered
We have the employability team that supports us with getting our CV written, job placements, etc. they support us very well. In addition our teachers have also been teaching us well.
The learning we've done at school links to our placement. My role is project management, HRUC has helped me understand the role and know the knowledge needed for my role.
Not that worried about sport event, however we will be getting into networking
Yes
This is because Pearson is a very welcoming company, they provide a lot of support, they celebrate achievements
Be confidence and do your research.
