  • Been a month in, I've learnt employability skills, meeting the team, reading emails and checking the calendar, also following the agender, collaborative discussions, shadowing how others are working.

  • I've just started, so far the programme has been my work placement and fulfilling my role, I've already learnt new skills and can't wait to learn more.

  • It has been very well structured, very welcoming and a lot of support

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • We receive a lot of support, we have paid lunches, we have regular meet points with different members, regular check ups, and our questions get answered

  • We have the employability team that supports us with getting our CV written, job placements, etc. they support us very well. In addition our teachers have also been teaching us well.

  • The learning we've done at school links to our placement. My role is project management, HRUC has helped me understand the role and know the knowledge needed for my role.

  • Not that worried about sport event, however we will be getting into networking
