I complete rotations across different business functions - the work on a day-to-day basis is varied and can change, but it all gives the opportunity to learn and gain useful experience.

Great experienced managers that listen to concerns and help along the way, an excellent level of support from the organisation with Days for Me (days off each year that everyone takes at the same time without having to use holidays), bonuses and great company benefits.

Good level of support, good degree programme. Skills coaches are excellent.

Degree provides a lot of knowledge that can be applied in business situations.

Many social activities, office events, global experiences and networking events. Great employee culture.
