Quantity surveying for one of the blocks at Kidbrooke village. Day to day you tender for bids which falls under package procurement. Once you have a contractor in place you then manage them throughout the length of their contract. This entails ensuring contractors are being paid and ironing out any issues during the construction phase
I have learned about quantity surveying a lot since joining as I had very little knowledge beforehand. You develop skills like time management, presentation skills, using software like excel and new construction softwares
