Design journeys for customers
I have learn an amazing amount of new skills that will help progress my career to the next stage and I have only been on it for less than 4 months.
The apprenticeship is a tool to embed into the business while learning these Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours needed to complete the course.
Very well structure for the level it is. It's very full on and requires lots of your personal time and self-motivation to learn.
The employer is just a process to get on the course. The organsation is the leadership team who are open, responsive and just normal people who want to see poeple around them succeed.
The training provider is very supportive in the way they need to be. At level 7 it is self learning, so the trainers are there to lightly guide you in the direction that you think is right.
I am seeing the benefits already, but its more about the next role as the apprenticeship goes far beyond the scope of my current role.
As part of a very large organisation, the scope for extra activities is endless, with options to create new avenues that meet a niche area if required.
