I am a technical advisor at ee and help with technical queries. This involves helping customers around the uk with their mobile devices. I will then have 2 hours 3 days a week to comeplete my apprenticeship with the help of my team leader and coach due to our assesser leaving to a new job.
I have learnt new skills in my job. In the technical side of things I’ve learnt many things. Even though I have had multiple customer service jobs this job has helped me a lot more than others by supporting me and helping me learn how to deal with customers the correct way
The apprenticeship itself is pointless. This is because we have barely had an assessor and no support from itec. customer service qualification, but the actual work has nothing to do with customer service. The system used is awful and there is no guidance with it at all. The only help my team has received with this is from our managers and coaches
Not structured at all. As I said in the previous
Multiple
