  • My role is to take calls and help customers with any queries of technical billing of pay as you go questions.

  • Yes, better improved confidence in conversations and dealing with a lot of people in a day.

  • I enjoy the job and the people who I work with are very welcoming, the job is challenging at times but is a good experience overall

  • It’s very organised we have a set schedule which helps us keep organised with our breaks and any activities we have in that week and have a system we follow daily to help with the job

  • We have a lot of support with our jobs we have chats where we can ask and answer any questions we’re unsure of

  • We’ve not really had a set apprenticeship trainer but we find the help we get is straight forward and helpful

  • With the correct qualifications we are able to prove we’re good at our job it stands as a milestone in life and will Help us in the future too

  • We often get a lot of meetings we have our nvq volunteer days to help the job be more fun and also help the community

  • Yes

  • The job is good, the pay is good, everyone is very welcoming and is a good job to keep


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BT Group?
  • Be prepared within yourself and your mental health take up an active hobby eg running or swimming to help keep you active.
