My role is to take calls and help customers with any queries of technical billing of pay as you go questions.
Yes, better improved confidence in conversations and dealing with a lot of people in a day.
I enjoy the job and the people who I work with are very welcoming, the job is challenging at times but is a good experience overall
It’s very organised we have a set schedule which helps us keep organised with our breaks and any activities we have in that week and have a system we follow daily to help with the job
We have a lot of support with our jobs we have chats where we can ask and answer any questions we’re unsure of
We’ve not really had a set apprenticeship trainer but we find the help we get is straight forward and helpful
With the correct qualifications we are able to prove we’re good at our job it stands as a milestone in life and will Help us in the future too
We often get a lot of meetings we have our nvq volunteer days to help the job be more fun and also help the community
Yes
The job is good, the pay is good, everyone is very welcoming and is a good job to keep
Be prepared within yourself and your mental health take up an active hobby eg running or swimming to help keep you active.
