Apart from training new hires, I make sure that food and drink is handed out correctly to customers. I also make sure that i can help other staff when needed during busy times.
I have learned how to run areas when needed, as well as building trust with other crew members to ensure that things are run safely and smoothly.
I enjoy the programme well and my learner coach is very nice. He’s always happy to help when needed!
The programme is very well structured. It is simple and easy to use. I can navigate it well and I am able to complete things easily.
I get loads of support from my employer. They are able to help me out when needed and I am able to go to them about anything.
The support I get is amazing. I am able to go to my training provider if I need help with anything.
It’ll help me perform better because it’ll allow me to have the confidence I have never had from anything else.
We have events at work every few months. This allows everyone from other McDonald’s branches to get together and get to know each other.
Yes
The friends you make are second to none. I wouldn’t get through my working day without them.
Make sure to always try your best. We were all new once, and all learning in the job.
