  • Current position is as a Supervisor, as an overall, expectations are performance management, coaching and training. Daily tasks include 1-2-1, pay/timesheets, audits, forecasting coverage, availability, department development projects.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I would say time management, networking, project management, and communication styles are key skills which have been enhanced from the provided training.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The internal part of the apprenticeship by Enterprise was brilliant, great opportunities, skills developed and the talent development training skills shone through which is a please and educational piece to study.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Well structured, laid out beforehand regular sessions and progression opportunities throughout.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Both my line manager, HR and talent development are wonderful, one of the biggest reasons I want to continue with Enterprise is due to the people who work here.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Internally, this would be talent development, as I mentioned above, training quality is very high and nothing I've experienced even at degree level, they are expert trainers and I do not feel I would be in my current position without them

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I think it's an essential step before going for Supervisor as provides the tools you need to do the job right.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes plenty, can get paid for charity events, charity contributions, we hold remote socials in my department also.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Enterprise Mobility to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Culture aspect is a huge plus, a lot of opportunities around development and progression which I can't see anyone bettering Enterprise in. Only withdrawal to a recommendation would be pay.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Enterprise Mobility?
  • Throw yourself at any and all opportunities, even if you do not feel your current role is for you, Enterprise will support you with finding another role you may prefer within the business.
