Current position is as a Supervisor, as an overall, expectations are performance management, coaching and training. Daily tasks include 1-2-1, pay/timesheets, audits, forecasting coverage, availability, department development projects.
I would say time management, networking, project management, and communication styles are key skills which have been enhanced from the provided training.
The internal part of the apprenticeship by Enterprise was brilliant, great opportunities, skills developed and the talent development training skills shone through which is a please and educational piece to study.
Well structured, laid out beforehand regular sessions and progression opportunities throughout.
Both my line manager, HR and talent development are wonderful, one of the biggest reasons I want to continue with Enterprise is due to the people who work here.
Internally, this would be talent development, as I mentioned above, training quality is very high and nothing I've experienced even at degree level, they are expert trainers and I do not feel I would be in my current position without them
I think it's an essential step before going for Supervisor as provides the tools you need to do the job right.
Yes plenty, can get paid for charity events, charity contributions, we hold remote socials in my department also.
Yes
Culture aspect is a huge plus, a lot of opportunities around development and progression which I can't see anyone bettering Enterprise in. Only withdrawal to a recommendation would be pay.
Throw yourself at any and all opportunities, even if you do not feel your current role is for you, Enterprise will support you with finding another role you may prefer within the business.
