I am enjoying the program and find the work to be good and I enjoy doing to work study each month.
Very good.
They try to support me in my apprenticeship but due to staff shortages I do work in my own time on my day off on a Friday. But generally they support me very well. Mg manager is good at organising and supporting my apprenticeship.
They are very good at keeping me up to date in the program. I received lots of emails and notifications to remind me of targets, reviewed or work I have been set to complete. They regularly come and visit me at work and support my learning.
I am applying the knowledge I have learned into my daily planning and observations. And use the skills to help the children’s development. I can now support their development better without looking for advice or support from room leaders.
