Yes, I'm learning something new every day.
I'm enjoying it a lot. People are very approachable and give you loads of opportunities to learn new things. You're given a lot of responsibility.
There are lots of opportunities to shadow others as well in line with my course material.
I have consistent review meetings with my manager to make sure I am not feeling overwhelmed and overworked.
My course is mainly online which means that it's hard to get a lot of support. However, there are a lot of resources available on their online learning tool.
It helps me a lot - the course is very interlinked to the tasks that I do daily.
We have opportunities for volunteering days with charities. As part of the apprenticeship network, there is a lot of team activities with other apprentices. For example, sports days and training opportunities.
