Tutoring and mentoring different types of learners in different working backgrounds to help develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours to help them further their career and their ace their exams.
I've learnt how to fully focus on one task, prioritising tasks, and learning how other people learn and do things
I really enjoy the programme because it gives me something new to learn
It is well organised and structured
I receive monthly support from the employer on a one-to-one, and daily support as and when I need it from managers and colleagues.
My tutor follows up after sessions to make sure everything is understood, which shows that there is support
The qualification is helping me to be more conscious in what I do and why I'm doing it
