Day to day, I support in the care of around 30 children, having 9 key children of my own. This involves adult and child led activities, general care of the children I.e. nappy changes, cleaning or changing them, providing lunch and snacks.
I have learnt how to communicate with parents/carers effectively and have also developed my mathematics knowledge
I thoroughly enjoy the programme and learning new things.
Very well organised and structured
Support is there, and time allocated but if more is needed, I know I can ask for it and I know they are knowledgeable to be able to support

Very well. I am gaining more knowledge which I am able to apply to the day to day job and allows me to work effectively.
