As an apprentice at Aldi RDC, my role changes as I visit different departments for a set period of time to find out their role in the supply chain.
All skills I have learned are mostly specific to the warehouse environment.
My feelings are fairly split because there are some departments which I enjoyed a lot more than others
It is very well put together as I am never confused as to how much time I have left on each department and it is very straight forward to remind myself where I am next.
My employer puts full effort into me and the other apprentices ensuring that we are constantly learning more and more about the industry and are putting in the work to pass the apprenticeship.
My training provider will always answer any questions I may have and make sure I am fully prepared for any assessments or observations which may come up.
I feel very suited to my qualification and always understand what is required of me.
None that I am aware of.
