We've always been given tasks that really are beneficial to the job we would be doing in the future and you can always ask for help from anyone in the department if you aren't sure of something which is a really good thing to have.
I feel personally that my communications skills have massively improved and I feel more confident in talking to anyone and to people i have never spoken to before.
I really enjoy the apprenticeship I'm on, it's a really good apprenticeship to be doing.
So far the apprenticeship has been very well structured on what they have planned for us, for example we have some projects that we have been assigned to us.
The support I get from my employer is really good.
The support is also good, they give you positive feedback when we have our reviews.
It helps us understand how things work better and a better knowledge on how to use tools properly,
Not to sure if there is
Yes
I would recommend BAE Systems to anyone because it's a good company to work for and there is alot development for you to move up in the company
Just and try to be a bit out there
