    • Interacting with customers, completing orders with families, children, teens etc Food safety making sure all surfaces are regularly cleaned and all food trays and tongs are the same

    • My social skills have improved, with the help of McDonald's.

    • It's easily accessible, able to do it on any device. I enjoy having Gemma as my learning coach. With regular meetings

    • Very, with exams coming up I'm revising for those, and everything is in order

    • Loads, they make sure I'm on track. They've given me days to do it while I'm at work

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • Making sure I greet customers correctly, making sure I use the correct cleaning spray. And they have a section on how to treat different groups of people so that helps

    • They have a football team.
