In a workshop using different tools and machines in order to fabricate the desired items and parts.
I have learnt various ways to shape material to specification and how to overcome the issues if they are out of shape.
I enjoy the work I do each day as I am developing my skills and interests each time.
The structure is clear as I know what to expect each day when coming into work, I am given enough notice for up coming tasks.
Plenty off support is provided we are told about different briefs that explain what support the company can provide to us.
Plenty of support and guidance is provided to help me whilst working towards my qualification.
It is tailored to work directly on what skills I need to learn in order to perform my role well.

There is lots of opportunities at BAE systems and a lot of support is offered to get you to where you need to be.
Do some research and prep before applying, make sure to look into the companies objectives so they have an idea of what is expected from them.
