  • I have learnt various ways to shape material to specification and how to overcome the issues if they are out of shape.

  • I enjoy the work I do each day as I am developing my skills and interests each time.

  • The structure is clear as I know what to expect each day when coming into work, I am given enough notice for up coming tasks.

  • Plenty off support is provided we are told about different briefs that explain what support the company can provide to us.

  • Plenty of support and guidance is provided to help me whilst working towards my qualification.

  • There is lots of opportunities at BAE systems and a lot of support is offered to get you to where you need to be.

  • Do some research and prep before applying, make sure to look into the companies objectives so they have an idea of what is expected from them.
