I design, deliver, evaluate internal Learning and Development programmes for staff at National Mind
Basics of Neuroscience, coaching models, coaching theory, coaching process
The programme has led me to do further reading on the topic which I really enjoy learning about and implementing the new skills in my work. The flow of the assignments doesn't always work. The assignment documents on the platform are often out of date and my personal tutor changes the instructions on them to ensure I'm meeting the KSBs of the programme.
The structure is complicated to understand and follow. I think because there isn't a clear link between the assignments and the KSBs they relate to.
Great support from my employer. My apprenticeship was put on hold whilst the organisation went through a restructure.
Amy always responds to my emails and queries and tries to find the easiest path that still helps me meet all the KSBS and requirements for the qualification.
