I am an inbound sales advisor, I take calls from customers for acqusitions, renewals, home moves, and cancellations for Plusnet under BT
Yeah, I have learnt a lot about business management, organisational structures, how to identify the need for changed and enact on that need
It was okay, it was a lot of listening to videos and working alone, so there wasn't much 'fun' in the programme
It was okay, it began to fault towards the end though
A lot, they helped with scheduling and research
A fair bit, I had a 1-2-1 trainer who spoke with me at least once a month in person, though it took 4 months to have a trainer assigned

The internal staff/business culture has become very disconnected and isolating for frontline workers and the demands of targets, business expectations, and the salary are not on par with that of external customers, the quality of the product or the quality of the systems/business plan being used.
