Incident management, ensuring any errors are addresses in a timely manner. Control attestations. Configuring technical designs and testing changes.

I have learnt a lot and I'm still developing skills in this area.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am grateful that I can visit firebrand for the courses as classroom based learning, as I am more engaged this way.

Support is provided in many forms, and regular reviews help to stay on track.

allotted learning time is never a problem and they are happy to find me the right experience for my apprenticeship.

My mentor is straight forward and clear headed in helping me with any queries.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

in my particular situation, my qualification and role on the team are not a perfect match. I do believe that the course has helped to give a further insight and perspective to the roles in the department.

yes! Lots of events are organised for staff's well being, and I join as many as I can

Yes

It is a secure job in a big company, so there are lots of benefits and employees are looked after. Lots of policy in place to protect you. Always looking to improve ways of working and work/life balance. I feel well looked after and supported by my employer.
