I am given Jira tickets which are mid level priority where I must work on the code to improve features of tools and configuration we use in our everyday business.

Yes I have learnt a lot of daily life as a software engineer

I love it I get so much exposure of how we are working on making a difference in our business.

I get support daily where I can work independently too

A lot of support we can email the lectures questions or book on 1-2-1 sessions for assignments.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel it covers a wider area of business in general which helps with soft skills and overall understanding of technology solutions.

Yes there are many online and f-2-f events where we can network and learn about colleagues and what they do to contribute to the business.

They provide support, nurture you as a apprentice allow you independent study and collaborate well as a team.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BT Group?

Make sure you learn a lot of the company goals, vision and what they contribute to the industry. They have many areas with many clients.
