    • I’ve developed my communication skills and become more confident speaking to others including clients. I’ve also increased my construction knowledge

    • BAM have an excellent sports and social team who organise various events throughout the year

    • Excellent place to work, great sense of belonging, you’ll be rewarded if you work hard and opportunities are always given for you to develop
