I am a team leader so my concist of training a team and ensuring our residents are looked after safely and professionally
I have learnt so much and new skills and doing my nvq 3 has opened so many doors
I absolutely love it abd to test my mind and my skills and knowledge
My program is structured very well and my tutor has been fantastic and so supportive
If I am ever in any doubt or difficulty, then my employer is always there for support
My tutor has been so incredibly supportive and has made sure that I am on the right track to success
Doing this level of training has helped me develop in my employment abd in confidence
We have lots of activities for our residents and in my work we do have meet ups and social evenings
Yes
I actually work at Baytree court Lilian Faithfull but was not an option and I would 100% recommend a good and supportive company
Just be yourself, don't be afraid to ask questions and give your all because it's all worth it abd rewarding
