The programme is fulfilling, allows me to take control of my own learning progress and self-development and immerses me in an interdisciplinary environment full of industry professionals, all of which have something different to share and teach.
The programme is structured very well with the education provider delivering dates of on-campus teaching and assignment due dates for the entire academic year in advance. Collaboration between the apprenticeship team and line management allows me to know where I am at on the programme at all times.
AZ provides a range of pastoral, financial, emotional support to those that need it through a range of initiatives.
The education provider is excellent in providing tailored support sessions alongside structured teaching when required and teaching staff are always on hand to support with both academic material and apprenticeship-specific tasks such as collation of evidence to support portfolio/EPA.
The general majority of the qualification provides opportunity for developing knowledge, skills and/or behaviours that allow you to perform better in the role. The SCLP programme does have a lot of third-party/pure logistics content which can be limited in application/use to a supply chain project management focused position
There are numerous extra-curricular activities to get involved in within the early talent community.
