Overview of my job is communicating with troubled customers who are reliant on their services and i hold the responsibility of providing a resolution and BT/EE quote which is be personal, a day to day role includes taking responsibility of customers issues and keeping the atmosphere in the workplace very upbeat and my calls i tend to keep a upbeat attitude.
