  • Part of the tunnelling team within London Transport. Currently working on HS2. Producing documents for various packages. Documents such as drawing, reports and figures

  • I've learned a lot about producing drawings, BIM standards and communicating changes clearly.

  • There is a very clear structure to my programme and I have a visible and active support network

  • I receive a lot of support from my employer. I speak to my line manager daily and I'm encouraged/given opportunities to further my learning in a variety of ways. For example, going on course or taking new project opportunities.

  • My training provider are very supportive. Any issues I have had have been solved very quickly.

  • My training provider are giving me the knowledge and understanding of civil engineering I need to better my understanding of my work.

  • There are lots of events to get involved in at work. Most opportunities are open to everyone. People are very enthusiastic about getting involved
