My role is to help the children learn and develop.I help the children Lear through new experiences as well as play.

Since doing my apprenticeship my communication skills have improved. As well as my confidence has gone up.

I enjoying getting to be with the children and watching them achieve the milestones.

My programme is well organised as a get questions and works shadows to complete every months and I get a meeting with my tutor monthly too.

My employer support me well as when ever I am stuck or have a question she is there to help me out.My employer also push me to do other online learn to help further my knowledge for my course.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider support me well as I can talk to my tutor any time i am stuck.I also get to have a meet with my tutor monthly to talk about my work and have work set for me.

Since my apprenticeship has started my training provider has help me feel more confident in my work but also in my work place.

Yes.I have been include in social activities such as work dues and celebration.I have also been include in doing online course throat my employer has set me up with.The online course has help with further my knowledge with certain topics.
