To keep the children safe and provide them with engaging and exciting opportunities and environments to aid their development
Learnt and developed skills around behaviour management, creating engaging environments and planning/delivering activities.
I hugely enjoy the program, it is engaging and adapts to suit individual learning styles and needs
The program is structured to a degree whilst also being flexible
My employer is willing to support me in my learning and answer questions I many have. They are able to facilitate me being able to attend webinars but are unable to give me time out to complete administrative tasks
My training provider has been very helpful, I have a tutor who I am able to contact whenever and will get back to me at her earlier convenience
My training enables me to complete all areas of my job role to the best of my ability
