I am a nursery practitioner and able to work along side room seniors and other staff to support my learning and journey
I have learnt alot of new skills throughout my journey and my assessor has been able to support me with other ideas.
I have become very confident since starting the programme and I have enjoyed doing it along side my job.
It is structured and organised.
I have got some great support from my employer and they have been able to support me with all of the work and understanding on what I need.
My assessor Suzanne has helped me out alot since I have started the course. She has been so understanding and supportive with all of the questions I have needed to ask.
I have been able to look back on what I need to work on more and how I can do it better within my role.
We do alot of work socials and get together
