I do all sorts I'm on tills,I rack down bread I'm on the self checkout,iv done maintenance on the the shop floor such as cleaning I've done mornings on ambient which I'm always whick is good because I'm ina routine I've also done close shift doing the same thing tills,sco, maintenance etc I've done a bit of short life on chiller but not much to make me experienced at it
I've learnt to use the tills and sco and I know how to do shelf life rotation aswell my confidence and comfort in the shop has improved as well I believe working on the shop floor has made me more aware
Very it gives my something to do when I'm at Aldi and at home with aptem I feel like I've had a productive day when I do my aptem work on a day off
Very I know if I have a problem I can speak to my manager of lifetime coach as well mostly once a month my coach will come in for a face to face to check on my work and go through what I can do better and what I need to do
A lot I know if there's any problem I can radio it through my headset and I can talk to my managers about anything that could be a problem
A lot he he comes in about once a month to go through my work I've done on aptem we go through the work I've done and they work that needs to be done for his next visit
Very thanks to Chris we've gone through stock rotation, challenge 25,how to deal with customers health and safety, equality in work place etc all I believe going through all those things in aptem refreshed my memory I made me become a better team player
Yes I've been on a night out with my fellow employees it was a good night but id rather not remember it haha it was good made me feel involved in the work place

I've had a good experience working in Aldi time flies whilst working cause your always doing something my team mates are life savers the people who I work with are good hard working individuals and we all have a good common respect for each other
