  • Effective handover with staff, read their chronology and hand over note. Reply all emails, check for all appointments and complete all daily tasks. Supporting YP with their studies, asylum claims and achieving their goals. Helping YP to complete house bidding, universal credit and any other support they needed after they turn 18.

  • With all the support am getting from extra lesson from all the teachers, am really enjoying the programme.

  • I do my assignment during working hours because it is part of the programme, but l preferred when l am off work.

  • It makes me to have more experience, more qualified, more knowledge and tools l need to do the job, it also helps me to have more confidence in my job.

  • Yes, such as playing, basketball with the YP, taking them to swimming lessons and taking them for trips outside Gloucester.

  • Because there is a lots of staff incentives at Ability Supported Living and staff development programme in the organisation.

  • *Follow the company policies and procedures. * Attend teams' meetings. *Complete all online trainings when dues. *Ask for supervision when needed. * Ask questions when you need some help. * Teamwork.
