Effective handover with staff, read their chronology and hand over note. Reply all emails, check for all appointments and complete all daily tasks. Supporting YP with their studies, asylum claims and achieving their goals. Helping YP to complete house bidding, universal credit and any other support they needed after they turn 18.

With all the support am getting from extra lesson from all the teachers, am really enjoying the programme.
I do my assignment during working hours because it is part of the programme, but l preferred when l am off work.
