  • On reflection it has been very good - however at the beginning was daunting as I have not undertaken any formal learning for many many years

  • I feel very well structured and the tutor has been excellent

  • Very supportive which included a study day once a week.

  • I know understand some of the processes I complete rather than just doing the work
