  • Programme is good. Goes into detail, sessions require you to get involved. College is supportive

  • Well structured, all the units appear to flow nicely and its easy to connect the dots

  • Good level of support. Gives plenty of time to do college work.

  • Training provider gets back to me in a relatively good time frame, and sessions are frequent

  • The course helps me analyse the workspace in a different manner to what i would have done previously. It makes it easier to see areas for improvement and how to understand the root cause
