Supporting a quality ops team in various different roles
Developed team working skills, independence and responsibility
Programme is good. Goes into detail, sessions require you to get involved. College is supportive
Well structured, all the units appear to flow nicely and its easy to connect the dots
Good level of support. Gives plenty of time to do college work.
Training provider gets back to me in a relatively good time frame, and sessions are frequent
The course helps me analyse the workspace in a different manner to what i would have done previously. It makes it easier to see areas for improvement and how to understand the root cause
theres occasional events but not regular activity based stuff
