Completing any online training, looking through emails from internal announcement and external evidence and reasoning provided for samples, collaborating with colleagues of all levels on how to approach engagements or testing. Attend meetings for jobs and brainstorming plans/ giving opinion for up coming events.
Greatly improved soft skills, understanding the different types of communicators people can be, Use of excel with keyboard short cuts, expanded knowledge how industries operate and how global economic events impact them. Taking accountability, professional behaviour and interactions. Critical thinking.
Massively enjoy it, work environment is very comforting and caring, everyone wants to help and see you improve across your time at the company. There is always something new to learn, each job is different, traveling to entity sites and getting to see their offices.
Very well organised, well informed verbal meetings as well as effective summaries notes provided, accurate and updated personal time tables for when attending college or exam and when you are booked to a job and what engagement. Having a buddy and people manager to touch base on any areas of concern.
So much support, you have a buddy and a people manager who you can reach out to for any questions or advice, other members of the engagement team that you are on, people in your cohort, as well as dedicated teams to help answer your questions. Also Have catch up calls with internal teams as well as catch up calls with training provider.
As much support as you would like, you have a teacher who reaches out to you if you have any questions about the content you can ask them to explain it for you, booklet of content with example questions in, videos going through the booklet as well as the question bank questions, mock test, que cards, podcasts. Catch up calls, formal calls, setting targets for deadlines, giving feedback on what you have done so far as well as where they would like to see you at.
With every exam I have taken it has helped me understand the process of how work is completed due to learning why we do it in this certain way. By the training provider providing all the different types of support listed above it helps appeal to all different learning types to truly understand the content.
There are loads activities to get involved in such as football as well as networking events, Christmas parties, culture day, LGBTQ+, etc. all events are inclusive and welcoming of everyone

Be confident, open minded person who is able to collaborate with others, takes accountability is able to switch between multiple communication styles based on what fits best for the situation, have an eye for detail, understand the ins and outs of the job you are applying for what is expected within a days work in that position.
