  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I work in the district heating area of EON. I go to site each week and host resident drop in sessions. I visit customers who have escalated complaints. I manage all HA and commercial billing. I manage the process of onboarding new customers into our customer billing system.

  • Since working here I have developed a lot of skills including communication, IT skills, management skills, training skills,

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have only recently started the program I am really enjoying it, I like the research element and then puitting it all together.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • There have been a few small issues with the start of the programme but everything is now running smoothly. The issues were to do with staff leaving and it took a while to replace my skills coach. I now have someone who is very helpful

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a lot of support from my employer, not only my line manger but other people in my area as well. They are always there to offer support or help if needed.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I haven't had enough experience to answer this. The first module I didn't receive any support but this was due to issues with staff leaving. So far on this module it has been much better

  • I think it is helping me perform better as i definitely look at the projects I am doing a little bit different.
