I work in the district heating area of EON. I go to site each week and host resident drop in sessions. I visit customers who have escalated complaints. I manage all HA and commercial billing. I manage the process of onboarding new customers into our customer billing system.
Since working here I have developed a lot of skills including communication, IT skills, management skills, training skills,
I have only recently started the program I am really enjoying it, I like the research element and then puitting it all together.
There have been a few small issues with the start of the programme but everything is now running smoothly. The issues were to do with staff leaving and it took a while to replace my skills coach. I now have someone who is very helpful
I receive a lot of support from my employer, not only my line manger but other people in my area as well. They are always there to offer support or help if needed.
I haven't had enough experience to answer this. The first module I didn't receive any support but this was due to issues with staff leaving. So far on this module it has been much better
I think it is helping me perform better as i definitely look at the projects I am doing a little bit different.
