Learnt how to complete a rota and work out ratios
I have enjoyed this apprenticeship. I have completed one before with another company but they kept swapping my tutor out and were unreliable. At Realise my tutor Sarah has been incredibly helpful and I have been able to complete my tasks with ease.
Very well organised and it has a good structure. I have no complaints.
Received lots of support.
Gives me more time to read and study so I feel able to complete my job role to my best ability.
no professional events for management and head office.
