I am a first year school leaver, typically involving testing certain Financial Statement Areas (FSAs) with a senior overlooking my work. I also summarise minutes, have meetings with the client and create precise documentation on my findings.
I have developed a vast set of skills on excel, allowing for quicker shortcuts on the keyboard instead of using a mouse.
There are never 2 days that are the same which I enjoy alot.
Very organised
I have a buddy and a people manager who i can confide in and ask any questions i may have, so lots.
My training provider frequently emails me regarding progress of the course i am currently studying for regarding my upcoming exams, and have 3 monthly review calls.
everything that i learn in my exams i am able to use and apply to my audit work, therefore it is invaluable.
there are many sports events such as football, badminton, tennis etc and frequent networking events. if there is enough demand for an activity, then it will be created.
Yes
Very calm but also hard-working environment, and you feel confident and proud of your work.
Just be yourself, and let your authenticity lead the way. You do not have to have top grades to be successful, just that you are hard-working, willing to show effort and pride in your work and are confident.
